Our purpose-built transport and installation jack-up vessels are designed to install both foundations and turbines. Our vessels are designed for efficient and safe operations with large deck space and high payload. In combination with a modern crane design the vessels can solve your challenges offshore. The vessels operate based on proven methods developed by our highly experienced crew and engineers.
All vessels are manned with an experienced and skilled crew. Risk assessment and mitigation processes are in place, securing a focus on safety throughout all phases of the project from engineering to operation. In addition to our base crew, special competence crews may be added for execution of special campaigns or operations.
Fred. Olsen Windcarrier can provide complete consultancy services as an integrated part of our vessel operations. Including:
- Hazid/Hazop of operations
- HSEQ-plans, time schedule and progress plans
- Method statements for all critical operations
- Design of grillage and seafastening
- Detailed lifting plans and schedules
All such project related services will be based on separate agreements between Charterer and executing company.
